Paris Grove

Grounded were engaged to construct the Paris Grove Village precinct on a portion of Paris Road in Australind. The precinct is an integrated accommodation site spanning 16 hectares in size. The project includes short term accommodation to accommodate 388 construction workers inclusive of 2 accessible rooms. The precinct provides state-of-the-art facilities for workers, including a large kitchen and dining hall, outdoor gym, administration building, maintenance shed, BBQ areas, fruit tree orchard, and bush tucker garden.

The precinct provides state-of-the-art facilities for workers, including a large kitchen and dining hall, outdoor gym, administration building, maintenance shed, BBQ areas, fruit tree orchard, and bush tucker garden. Underpinning the development is research led by Dr Jack Tooley across multiple Australian universities, forming one of the nation’s largest studies into FIFO worker wellbeing and performance. These findings informed Grounded’s bespoke accommodation rooms, helping establish a new benchmark for remote workforce accommodation.
