Ningaloo Bayview Villas

We were engaged by the Ningaloo Coral Bay Caravan Park to design, manufacture and transport modular accommodation units in various configurations.

We constructed eight 2-storey, 2-bedroom units and two 2-storey, 3-bedroom units each fully equipped with modern amenities including air-conditioning and a dishwasher. The beachfront units feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony or verandah offering sweeping views of the ocean. The scope of works also included engineering for installation, minor earthworks, and inground service connections.
