Building Refurbishment and Replacement Works

BHP’s Hedland Port office required refurbishment and replacement works. Impressed by the speed at which Grounded delivered the MGM camp, they engaged us to undertake this project on short notice. The scope involved:

  • Complete onboarding and training for project team to become BHP inducted. This was a rigorous and complex process that BHP commended us on achieving in the time we took.
  • Design of a new 7 module office and ablution blocks
  • Demolition and disposal of existing office and ablution block
  • Refurbishment works of existing buildings
  • Fabrication of new 7 module office and ablution block
  • Transportation and unloading of buildings and materials
  • Installation, testing and commissioning of new 7 module office and ablution block
  • Provision of MDRs and As-Built Documentation
