Accommodation precinct & dry mess: end-to-end design, construction, transport & installation
The Rocklea Palms village project involves the design and construction of new accommodation, including common rooms, laundry facilities, and the expansion and refurbishment of the existing dry mess and kitchen.
Scope of works includes:
- 262 double storey modular accommodation rooms
- Supply and installation of supporting facilities
- Concreting / HV & LV Car Parks
- Dry mess dining and crib area refurbishment
- Laundry and cleaning facilities
- New gymnasium and locker room with showers and ablutions
- New Transit Facility with recreation lounge and outdoor facilities
- Earthworks
- Civil/structural works
- Footpath expansion
